We aim to be a unified, modern organisation that provides the best possible learning opportunities to individuals, to communities and to industry on an equitable basis throughout Rhondda Cynon Taf.

We do this by using our own resources as efficiently and effectively as possible and by being a partnership-seeking organisation.  We look actively for opportunities to contribute to the joint effort in the County Borough.

The College will continue the policy of offering a comprehensive curriculum that incorporates both start-up learning chances and opportunities for the development of higher, technical and professional skills.

We believe that we have a critical contribution to make to the process of economic and social development in Rhondda Cynon Taf. We make that general contribution by helping individuals achieve their goals.
